Great Father’s Day present

Had a small error with the first cooler we were sent. Dad cooler were quick to fix it and re sent a new one straight away. Only complaint would be the first cooler we received was made really well and the second one you could tell it was rushed and the quality just wasn’t the same but that ok it still does it’s job :)

Never received my item in time

Got an email saying “order now to make it by Father’s Day “ . Didn’t receive my items in time for my partners first Father’s Day. So he had no presents

Bad photo placement

The photo that was given was a great photo but what was done was ridiculous! The photo was pulled and distorted. Looked nothing like my partner and his little girl.
