Not what it used to be, poor customer service

I was a repeat customer and would even rave to other about this. However the latest order I placed was blurry and did not meet expectations of past orders.
The responses from Mark at Dad cooler were extremely frustrating!

It was like emailing a politician!

Apologetic responses and saying he’ll pass on concerns to the printers, but no resolution or offers of action for my order. He avoided responding to direct requests to reprint this order. It’s quite sad that it has been handled this way, had they bothered to fix the issue I would still be a customer for years to come. Feels like they’ve given up.
