First Father’s Day Mug, stubby cooler

Whilst the image we sent through was clear quality and looked great, unfortunately it was a label placed on the mug, I assumed it would be printed on the ceramic mug, first time husband used it the heat from the hot coffee had melted the glue that was used to stick the label on and he couldn’t drink it due to the smell. The label also had few bubbles through it.
The stubby cooler however was great! It’s small size only suits bottles not cans

Never came.

This parcel STILL has not come. Lost hope of thinking it will turn up. Very upset as this was my partner Father’s Day present. Month and a half later & it’s still not here and have not heard anything

Perfect gift, good quality

Photo and design turned out great and as advertised! Communication and delivery was professional and prompt. Dad loved the mug and stubbie holder with his and the baby's face on it , was a special way to commemorate his first Father's Day as a dad. Thanks :)

Terrible colour

I was very unimpressed with the mug colouring and background as I submitted it with a lovely seascape with the blue boat house with husband/baby in front and came back as a brown background on not 1 but 2 ugly mugs. It appeared it was possible when I submitted the order so it seems like false advertising and would like a refund
