Bar Mat

Initial order took a long time to be despatched and then late for Christmas gift. Upon receipt, bar mat was disappointing and not what I ordered, heads cut off. I contacted the company who agreed and offered to re-do the bar mat at no extra cost. Dad Cooler sent me a pic of what they were going to create, which I agreed to. After a long delay in despatch I finally received the 2nd bar mat. The 2nd bar mat did not resemble what they showed me they were going to create, and again not what I ordered initially. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number to call. I have ordered from Dad Cooler before and at that time they were very good. However I will never purchase from Dad Cooler again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Disappointing

I ordered a bar mat on 3 December for my partner for Christmas. His father had died last year and it had a photo of him and his father on it. The photo was not scaled down for the bar mat so most of the photo was missing making the bar mat unusable. Also, the freight was so slow. The tracking showed that it was ready to ship on 7 December but Sendle did not collect it until 29 December. I chased a couple of times (on 15 & 22 December) and was assured I would get it for Christmas but did not get until 5 January and as I said, it went straight in the bin. Parts of their heads were cut off due to the photo not being scaled to fit the bar mat.
