Terrible

Never received. Kept telling me they would sort it out asap, now they refuse to give a refund. I ordered in early August for Fathers Day, it’s now mid November. First it was handed to courier but lost even though I never got tracking info, then it was apparently sent by a different courier yet still never got a tracking number, then it was production issue. Excuse after excuse. Polite enough emails, but never addressing the concern, just dismissing me.
I do not recommend, this whole experience has been a disappointing pain. I will be making sure others are aware of this business, or lack of business.
One star is too much to rate this business.
