Poor Experience

I ordered a Father’s Day cooler with the guarantee it would arrive before Father’s Day (as stated on the website). My order turned up 5+ weeks after ordering it and multiple conversations with customer service. A refund was refused even though the “first Father’s Day” product arrived in November instead of the first week of September. Very disappointing as it was for my husbands first Father’s Day after having our baby this year.
