Did not revive product

Ordered over a month ago. They have lost/ never completed the order and are messing about over refund/ replacement. Company have said multiple people are without orders, I have followed up with Aus post who have said the company never followed up with them regarding lost items. I’m never one to leave a bad review but I have had to follow up with the company several times before I even got a response that wasn’t generic. They have lied about their efforts in resolving my issue. Would not be writing this if I did not receive a generic email asking for feedback after such poor service. Do not purchase from this company.

Good, but poor communication

Product was great, communication on delivery wasn’t the best. Ordered it and didn’t really hear much back until delivery, would’ve appreciated more confirmation after payment.
