The cooler arrived around 6th December, ordered 28th November. Web page advertised if ordered by 13th Dec, its would be delivered in time for Christmas. Email dad coolers no response.

We ordered for Dad for Xmas and he absolutely loved the cooler with his son's face on it. I did ask prior to ordering whether I could get a proof before sending, the answer was yes, but this never happened. Also be aware the delivery is around 4-5 weeks from time of ordering. So get prepared early.

I ordered a custom cooler for a Christmas present on the 29th November, which was well within the "order to receive before Christmas" cut off dates. I had to chase Dad Cooler up on the 16th December as it still hadn't been shipped. It was finally shipped on the 17th Dec. Surprise, the package didn't arrive. I then had to chase the courier company up on the 2nd January. FINALLY the order arrives today 9th January. But it's completely useless now as Christmas is over and the person I was gifting it to has gone home interstate. So now I'm left with a Christmas themed cooler that I have no use for and wasted money and time on. This is an unnreliable company using unreliable couriers.

Product is of good quality, however thats where it ends. Highly unimpressed. Placed two orders that both took nearly a month to get to me . One of which i upgraded to Express which still didnt get to me until after xmas . I ordered prior to the xmas shipping cutoffs noted on the dad cooler website, however those estimates were far from accurate and were falsely advertised and misleading. It seems they did not take into account the production times, the times they booked or could book the products into the courier for pickup and the slowness of the courier themselves. (They use Sendle which is Aramex and if you have had something delivered by Aramex before you would know how appalling their service is. Just take a look at the Aramex facebook group to see the amount of disgruntled customers. If you need an order from these guys, order two months out to ensure you get your product on time. Dad Cooler - i highly suggest you review your shipping estimates to include production time and shipping time of the sendle/aramex company accordingly and even better. Charge a slight amount extra for shipping and drop Sendle and send everything via Aus Post. For reference i was stressing i wouldn't receive my parcels on time from you so i placed a similar order from a QLD based company. Placed it on 18/12 via express shipping with Aus Post and received that parcel on 21/12 as one would expect.

I’ve been looking for a cooler but the brands didn’t seem reputable until now .. my mum
And mother in law loved their coolers so much and got heaps of comments about how awesome they are.
